By sharing and aligning our values with Protection Unit Belgium as well as benefitting from their experience and management, we have been able to reach a turnover approaching four million euros in 2016. We remain involved in both the private and public sectors with Retail proving to be one of our most significant markets. Staff selection is paramount. Every one of our hundred and twenty strong team has been rigorously selected before being carefully assigned to the most appropriate site or customer. This approach, combined with excellent training and support, explains our enviably low staff turnover and very high levels of customer loyalty.

As part of our quality assurance programme, we employ an on-going monitoring process including monthly evaluations with Yves Bastin himself, or another member of the board. During these evaluations, careful consideration is given to evolving client needs as well as feedback received from the customer themselves.
